An extremely versatile artist, Jean Wagner Troemel specializes in portraiture and landscapes. Although highly accomplished in both, she is best known for her exquisite portraits, over 600 painted to date, which hang in collections all over the world and include many historical figures. In 2007 five of her paintings were purchased for the permanent collection of the Mennello Museum of American Art, a subsidiary of the Smithsonian Museum in Washington D.C. She is listed in the World's Who's Who of Women, The Worlds Who's Who, The Directory of American Portrait Artists and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Art, London.
